Medium-high capacity and medium-high pressure centrifugal fans with a backward curved impeller PQ-L ≤79200 m³/h

• the PQ-L series of centrifugal fans are designed to transport clean or very dusty air up to +60 °C. They are suitable for all industrial applications where medium-high air volumes and medium-high pressures are required. The series consists of different models with impeller diameters from 400 to 1400 mm. The backward curved impeller offers extremely high aerodynamic efficiency. The casing is easily adjustable to the required discharge angle in 45° increments, including 180° and 225° positions
• suitable for the transport of sawdust, various chips, granular materials other than fibrous or abrasive materials and materials liable to damage the impeller
• other modifications of the PQ-L series:

1. PQ-L INOX - centrifugal fans with stainless steel casing for the transport of corrosive gases or fumes up to +60 °C.
2. PQ-L AT - centrifugal fans for the transport of clean or lightly dusty air and smoke up to +150-300 °C
3. PQ-L ATEX - explosion-proof centrifugal fans for the transport of clean air or smoke up to +40 °C

CONSTRUCTION

• housing made of steel sheet, protected against weathering by epoxy paint
• backward curved steel impeller protected with epoxy paint
• impeller version available for Class 3 ultra-high speed applications
• execution 1 - 9 - 12: monoblock support in cast iron with ball bearings, adapted for light lubrication. Pulleys, belts and motor support. Protective structure for belts
• standard orientation LG270° (rotation RD on request)

ENGINE

• asynchronous three-phase motors in compliance with international standards IEC 600034, IEC 60072, EMC 2014/30/EU, LVD 2014/35/EU, CE marked, IP 55, class F, suitable for S1 operation (continuous operation under constant load)
