Medium-capacity, high-pressure explosion-proof centrifugal fans with a forward curved impeller AL ATEX ≤11200 m³/h

• AL ATEX series centrifugal fans are designed and manufactured to operate in potentially explosive atmospheres in accordance with the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU. They are suitable for supplying clean air in the temperature range -20°C +40°C and are suitable for installation in Zone 1/21, i.e. areas where high safety against explosions and fires due to combustible gases (II2G) or dusts (II2D) is required. These fans are IMQ certified in accordance with ATEX Directive 94/9/EC and EN 14986/2017 (certificate IMQ 10 ATEX 017 X). They are suitable for all industrial applications requiring medium air volumes and high pressures. The series consists of different models with impeller diameters ranging from 200 to 450 mm. The motor is directly mounted on the forward curved impeller. The casing can be easily adjusted in 45° increments to set the required exhaust angle, except for the 180° and 225° orientations, which require a special design

CONSTRUCTION

• body made of sheet steel, protected from atmospheric effects with epoxy paint
• single inlet, single width forward curved impeller (sirocco type), made of galvanized sheet steel
• models IIB+H2 with brass air intake sleeve, Models IIB with epoxy coated steel
