Low-capacity, high-pressure centrifugal fans with stainless steel body and forward curved impeller DIC INOX ≤2400 m³/h

• DIC INOX - centrifugal fans with stainless steel casing for the transport of corrosive gases or fumes up to +80 °C. They are suitable for all industrial applications where small air volumes and high pressures are required. The series consists of different models with impeller diameters from 100 to 180 mm. The motor is directly attached to the forward curved impeller. The housing is easily adjustable to the desired discharge angle in 45° increments, including 180° and 225° positions

CONSTRUCTION

• body made of stainless steel AISI304
• single inlet, single width forward curved impeller (sirocco type), made of stainless steel AISI304
• execution 5 (with impeller directly connected to motor)

INSTALLATION

• centrifugal fans with forward-curved impellers must always be installed in duct systems where pressure resistance is expected (for example, gravity valves or long duct systems)
• it is necessary to estimate the system pressure loss so that the information on the motor nameplate and the pressure loss diagram meet the performance requirements after the system pressure loss assessment

ENGINE

• asynchronous three-phase or single-phase motors comply with international standards IEC 600034, IEC 60072, EMC 2014/30/UE, LVD 2014/35/UE, CE marked, IP 55, class F, form B35. DIC 100 T and M with motor form B14, IP44, class B

ACCESSORIES

• the air intake and exhaust opening protective grilles are manufactured according to UNI 12499 rules and are protected from atmospheric factors
