CONSTRUCTION

• base frame made of galvanised steel sheets
• protection by tensile steel wire, protected against weathering (up to 350 model). For the remaining models, the guard is made of micro pressed steel sheet. Manufactured in accordance with EN ISO 12499
• centrifugal impeller with rearward facing blades made of galvanised steel sheet, high efficiency and low noise, statically and dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940
• ABS upper casing protection, with appropriate slots for engine cooling

ENGINE

• asynchronous three-phase motors or single-phase motors manufactured in accordance with international standards IEC 600034, IEC 60072, EMC 2014/30/EU, LVD 2014/35/EU, CE-marked
• bearing motors, protection class IP55, insulation class F
• operating principle S1 - continuous operation under constant load
• the motor is separated from the air flow
• the motor is separated from the air flow, allowing the fan to transport clean or slightly dusty air at temperatures between -20 °C and +80 °C

ACCESSORIES

• GR silencers with central cylinder. They reduce the noise produced by the fan. Sound-absorbing material: mineral wool. Frame made of galvanised steel sheet. Attention: to use the silencer in combination with the TS damper, silencers with a lowered central cylinder must be used

• TS gravity dampers prevent heat loss through the roof when the fan is not running and the opening pressure is low. The dampers are opened by air pressure when the fan is running and close automatically when the fan is switched off. The structure is made of galvanised steel sheet. When used with the GR silencer, a version of the silencer with the capsule lowered must be used

• CB metal base for fixing to concrete. With special fixing brackets. Solid construction for attachment to the fan pad

• BA roof fan mounting pads for installation on corrugated surfaces

The BA support pad with transition RD is suitable for mounting roof fans on undulating surfaces, helping you to avoid damaging water stagnation near the fan and costly labour for installers. The BA support base is suitable for roof fans with a base size of 930 mm x 930 mm or larger. With the use of a suitable transition RD, the base can be used for roof fans with a minimum base dimension of 500 x 500 mm. The RD transition is a one-piece unit that can be easily cut to the exact dimensions of the fan.

- BA 10x177 (code 5PL1008): suitable for EURO roofs with a wavelength of 177 mm, a height of 51 mm and a slope of 10%
- BA 3x177 (code 5PL1015): suitable for EURO roofing with a wavelength of 177 mm, a height of 51 mm and a sheet radius of 3 metres
- BA 10x146 (code 5PL1009): suitable for INTERNATIONAL roofing with a wavelength of 146 mm, a height of 48 mm and a slope of 10%
- transition RD (code 5PL1010)
Made of polyester resin, reinforced with laminated glass fibre. Finish RAL 9002 (light grey). Outer surface treated against atmospheric agents. When properly installed, an overlay with an overlay plate downstream and insufficient overlay upstream is foreseen. In addition, at least one and a half quarter waves of lateral overlap on each side shall be provided.

• PB - roof panel with acoustic base for mounting roof fans on a flat roof covering. Made of galvanised steel with acoustic insulation infill
